The IP3 project (2025 to 2029) is a multi-country, multi-stakeholder initiative designed to address the combined challenges of water resources governance and climate resilience across the Mekong subregion including Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. The project directly benefits 20,000 people in targeted communities in these communities (51% women, 10% Indigenous Peoples and 5% People with Disability). The project builds on previous two phases of Inclusion Project (IP1 from 2014 to 2020 and IP2 from 2021 to 2025). IP3 is jointly supported by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) through the Mekong Australia Partnership (MAP 2.0) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) under the Mekong Regional Cooperation Programme (MRCP).
