The second Asia Inclusive and Responsible Business (AIRB) Forum, held in Bangkok on 11−12 February 2025, brought together 160 leaders from business, civil society, and policymaking across 20 countries to drive socially equitable, sustainable, and resilient business models.
Discussions tackled regulatory gaps, geopolitical challenges, and the need for stronger enforcement of responsible business practices. While progress is evident—such as growing support for mandatory Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) and multi-stakeholder collaborations—greater policy coherence, financial support, and scalable solutions are essential.
Workshops explored practical strategies for SMEs, sustainable supply chains, and circular economy models, while an interactive marketplace showcased impact-driven businesses. Key recommendations focused on strengthening business accountability, improving financial incentives, and fostering collaboration.
