This is for SCR final evaluation "The Strengthening Climate Resilience in the Mekong Subregion (SCR) project is an AUD 4.5 million initiative funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), implemented by Oxfam from March 2022 to November 2025, following a no-cost extension from June to November 2025. The project aims to strengthen the resilience of riverine communities and local governments across Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand, and Vietnam against the adverse impacts of climate change and disasters. By facilitating inclusive and locally driven disaster risk management (DRM) and Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) planning, SCR seeks to reduce vulnerabilities while promoting collaboration across stakeholders. Oxfam leads the implementation in partnership with civil society organisations, local authorities, academic institutions, and others, emphasising inclusivity through Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) principles."
