This report presents the end-of-project evaluation of Phase 2 of the Oxfam Mekong Water Governance Inclusion Project (IP2), implemented between 2020 and 2025. Supported by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and the Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation (SDC), the project focused on advancing inclusive, equitable and sustainable water governance across the Greater Mekong region.
The evaluation reviews the project’s outcomes and impacts in relation to its revised Theory of Change, with particular attention to social inclusion, gender equality and women’s leadership, civil society engagement, and engagement with government and the private sector. It highlights key achievements, learning and recommendations to inform future programming in the Mekong sub-region.
