Typhoon Mangkhut hit the Philippines on 15 September 2018. Clean water and shelter are urgently needed in the most affected areas. Oxfam and partners are sending clean water, jerry cans and are preparing to distribute tarpaulin shelters.

Oxfam, CDRC prioritize safe Water and shelter materials in distribution efforts
